Bring your furry friends for a day of fun at Ripley Town Centre – presented by Ripley Vet and Pet Mince Direct.
Get your paws on the best in pet products, information and services at our array of market stalls that are guaranteed to get tails wagging.
You can also join in on activities and workshops for both humans and pets, inlcuding live music and face painting for the kids. Get your pup involved in free pawcasso art, the doggy ball pit and bubble fun! Keep an eye out for Cluedo the Qld Police Dog mascot who will be making his way around the expo, meet rescue Greyhounds from volunteer-led rescue group Gumtree Greys, and much more!
The winners of our Pet Expo Photo Competion will be drawn on the day.

Cost: The expo is FREE to attend. Workshops are ticketed and require pre-booking by clicking the links below.
Pets are welcome, but please keep them on a lead.
Workshop timetable
Workshops will run out of Minka Place. Workshop tickets must be purchased prior to the day:
9.30am: Top 10 pet emergencies and how you should respond – presented by Ripley Vet.
Covers topics such as dealing with trauma, snake bites, toads, common toxicities (food/plant) and fights/wounds.

10.15am: Fermentation for your furriends – presented by Pet Mince Direct.
An Introduction to your dog’s microbiome and how fermentation can assist. Learn about the basics of fermentation and how to get started.

11am: Make your own snuffle mat
Make your very own small Snuffle Mat for your perfect pet. Reduce speed eating while providing mental stimulation and entertainment for you both.
