Reduce, re-use and recycle the fun way!
Join Reverse Garbage for two days of creative eco workshops. Be educated and inspired by using recycled materials to create sea creatures and wearable art.
Tuesday 19 January: Wearable Art
In this workshop children will use various techniques of stapling, gluing, threading and simple sewing to realise their wearable art piece. Skirts, hats, belts, goggles and masks are just some of the wonderful creations to be made.
Thursday 21 January: Sea Creatures
In this workshop children will use salvaged materials to make interesting under the sea creatures. They will learn about preserving our waterways and caring for our marine life by turning trash, once destined for waste, into works of art.
