MASTERPLAN
BUILD UPDATE

Stage 1 of the masterplan was delivered in May 2018 incorporating more than 9,000sqm and is home to Coles, a Medical Centre, Anytime Fitness and approximately 20 speciality stores. A development application has been submitted to Ipswich City Council for Stage 2, which proposes more retail and food operators plus indoor entertainment and leisure.
