To our community of valued customers,

The safety and wellbeing of our customers, retailers, staff, contractors and suppliers at Ripley Town Centre is always our overriding priority and we are taking COVID-19 extremely seriously.

We are following the health authorities’ advice regarding how we respond to this matter and are committed to providing a safe and healthy environment for you and your families.

Ripley Town Centre acknowledges its important position at the heart of our thriving and dynamic community. As such, and in accordance with advice from relevant health authorities, we have implemented a range of precautionary actions designed to help mitigate the spread of the virus and aim to protect you and your loved ones’ health.

We have:

• strengthened our already stringent cleaning processes, placing a heightened focus on sanitizing ‘high-touch points’, with high-grade disinfectant. This includes communal areas, furniture, door handles, hand railings, lift buttons and bathroom amenities.
• increased the number of cleaning rotations each day across the entire Centre.
• provided hand sanitizer to retailers for public use and distributed them in common areas including Kids Corner and Minka Place.
• placed Queensland Government-issued information posters, which provide crucial information on hand washing in our bathrooms for our community to reference.

We continue to work in close coordination with our tenants to ensure that we are all doing our part in helping keep our shared environments clean and are keeping our team members up to date with new information and advice from the relevant authorities.

With regard to events at Ripley Town Centre, we have postponed events that may attract more than 100 people however at this stage our smaller gathering events are proceeding. We will continue to monitor the situation and update the community with any changes.

As you know, this situation is ever-evolving and we will continue to communicate all changes with you. It goes without saying that our community’s health and wellbeing comes first as we navigate this situation together.
