Join us at Minka Place for Pilates for Mums and Bubs, as we help put the focus on your fitness and help you regain your strength.
You’ll use bub to add weight to your training, to increase the intensity of your workout, in addition to time well spent binding with each other. Of course, this is optional as toddlers can use a dolly or ball to copy you!
Each session goes for 45 minutes and start at 10.30am each week.
Please bring along your drink bottle, mat or towel and a baby carrier if your baby is joining you during the session.
Classes are $7 per single class or $50 for a 10 call pass.
