“RIPLEY TOWN CENTRE $10 CASH REWARD VOUCHER” PROMOTION
Promotion (Promotion) is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. All times stipulated in these Terms and Conditions are expressed in Australian Eastern Standard time (“AEST“).
OVERVIEW
1. This Ripley Town Centre $10 Cash Reward Promotion (Promotion) is promoted by Ripley Town Centre (Ripley Town Holdings Pty Ltd ABN 16 112 588 217) (we, us or our).
2. By entering this Promotion, all entrants (you or your) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (Terms) . Any breach of these Terms may result in disqualification from the Promotion.
3. To the extent of any inconsistency between these Terms and any other reference to this Promotion, these Terms prevail.
4. The Promotion will be:
(a) conducted at Ripley Town Centre, 20 Main Street, Ripley, QLD 4306 (Shopping Centre); and
(b) open between Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) on 27 February at 9:00am to 12 March at 4:00pm or when the gifts the subject of the Promotion (Voucher) are exhausted, whichever occurs first (Promotion Period).
ELIGIBILITY
5. You are eligible to enter the Promotion if:
(a) you are an individual person;
(b) you are over the age of 18 years and, if you are not over the age of 18 years, with consent from your parent or guardian to participate in the Promotion;
(c) your primary residence is in the Ripley region; and
6. The following are ineligible to enter the Promotion:
(a) employees and contractors of us, our related bodies corporate (within the meaning of that term in the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)) (Related Bodies Corporate) and the agencies associated with this Promotion;
(b) tenants and staff of the Shopping Centre;
(c) any person who we have previously notified is not permitted to enter our promotions or competitions; and
(d) the spouse, de-facto spouse, parent, child or sibling (whether natural or by adoption) of those listed in subparagraphs (a), (b) and (c).
PROMOTION PERIOD
7. This Promotion commences on 27/02/2023 at 9.00am AEST and ends at 4.00pm AEST on 12/03/2023 (“Promotion Period”).
HOW TO REDEEM
8. To redeem, individuals must hand their $10 Cash Reward Voucher to a participating retailer during the promotion period.
9. Once individuals forfeit their voucher to an individual retailer at the time of purchase, they will receive a $10 discount off their total transaction price.
PARTICIPATING RETAILERS
10. Participating retailers at Ripley Town Centre include Raku Sushi, Krave Kebab, Golden Lor Chines Restaurant, Little Piggy Café, EcoCentric, Gold Class Nails, Mode Hair, Ripley Vet, Pet Mince Direct, Anytime Fitness Ripley, The Bahn Mi House, valid for retail purchases only.
11. If a participating retailer has an unforeseen closure during the promotion period, they will be excluded as a participating retailer.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
12. One voucher is permitted per transaction only.
13. Voucher must be forfeited at time of purchase.
14. Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and no change will be given for purchases under $10.
15. Some exclusions may apply on some products at participating retailers. Please contact individual retailers directly.
16. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Promotion, as appropriate.
17. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limit, exclude or modify or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the State and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non- Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Ripley Town Centre (including their respective officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion.
18. Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non- Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and Ripley Town Centre (including their respective officers, employees and agents) are not responsible for and exclude all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of:
(a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter’s control);
(b) any theft, unauthorised access or third-party interference;
(c) any variation in voucher value stated in these Terms and Conditions;
(d) any tax liability incurred by an entrant.
