At Ripley Town Centre we support sustainability, community and active living.

When it comes to living a healthy life, food and healthy eating are essential.

On Saturday 9th February Ripley Town Centre brings you a FOOST ‘Fun with Food’ workshop for kids!

FOOST inspires everyone, everywhere to enjoy fruit and vegetables and live happier, healthier lives. They achieve this through positive food education. The workshops aim to improve our relationship with food, make healthy eating easier and more enjoyable, perfect for growing kids and busy parents!

FOOST suggests the following four important steps to promote healthy eating in our homes:

  • Eating colourfully
  • Eating mindfully
  • Creating a positive environment
  • Creating positive beliefs and behaviours

The FOOST workshop at Ripley Town Centre aims to explore these ideas while children challenge their senses. Kids will play an ingredient guessing game and learn to make a tasty, colourful dish!

There's no need to book!

The FOOST team and Colourful Chef can’t wait to meet you and your kiddies to create positive relationships with food and have fun!
